Inogen, Inc. announced a strategic collaboration with Jiangsu Yuyue Medical Equipment & Supply Co., Ltd. (Yuwell), enhancing Inogen’s product offerings, expanding its global presence, and bolstering its innovation pipeline.
As part of this agreement, Yuwell will distribute specific respiratory products through Inogen in the United States and other territories, while Inogen will capitalize on the partnership to introduce its brand in China, a significant growth market. In addition, the two organizations will collaborate on research and development to provide patients worldwide with next-generation respiratory solutions.
In a show of commitment, Yuwell’s affiliate will invest $27.2 million in Inogen, acquiring a 9.9% equity stake. This financial backing is expected to strengthen Inogen’s balance sheet and support its growth strategy.
This collaboration represents a milestone in respiratory care, enabling both companies to strengthen their positions as global leaders in addressing critical patient needs with innovative, quality-driven solutions.
